Fishwife!!! Anchovies and Albacore in Spicy Olive Oil
So Fishwife has continued to be the most palatable tinned fish, winning in presentation and texture. Except the anchovies. They are so salty. I had taken a picture but it wasn't very nice presentation haha. It's a challenge to photograph tinned fish beautifully.
I didn't realize the saltiness of the anchovies would be a problem until after I assembled my open faced cream cheese avocado with anchovies sando, but it was really too much for me. I think these were just fine, probably good for pasta or pizzas but I may just not like anchovies much.
